  • Cold butter200 g
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Beating egg yolk2 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  • Milk6 tablespoon
  • Chicken breast1 kg
  • Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
  • Minced garlic2 unit(s)
  • Chopped tomato1 unit(s)
  • Olive oil1 tablespoon
  • Chopped green smell to taste
  • Minho verde1 l
  • Tomato sauce1 l
  • Wheat flour1 tablespoon
  • Cubes of chicken cattle3 unit(s)
  • Chopped Olives to taste
  1. Cook the chicken breast and shred.
  2. In a pan, add the oil to the onion and let it brown.
  3. Fry the garlic, put it in the shredded chicken.
  4. Add the cubes of chicken broth to sauté.
  5. Add the wheat and stir until you get a creamy consistency.
  6. Add the corn, olives, parsley, tomato and mix.
  7. In a bowl put the wheat and butter, mix until it turns into a crumb.
  8. Add the ingredients and knead well until a dough forms.
  9. Cover with aluminum foil and place in the fridge for approximately 30 minutes.
  10. Put half of the dough to line the baking sheet and the other to cover the filling.
  11. Brush the pie with the egg yolk and bake in the preheated oven for approximately 40 minutes.
