  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Butter250 g
  • Shredded Boiled Chicken1 kg
  • Sour cream200 g
  • Garlic3 unit(s)
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Tomato1 unit(s)
  • Coriander to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Mustard1 tablespoon
  • Tomato Extract3 tablespoon
  • Corn and Peas1 can(s)
  • Bahia seasoning to taste
  • Pepperoni Pepper to taste
  • Smoked paprika to taste
  1. In a bowl mix the flour and egg, then add the butter and mix. Until the dough is homogeneous and ungluing from the hand. Reserve.
  2. In a pan over low heat, sauté the onion, garlic with 1 tsp of oil. Then add the shredded chicken and chopped tomato.
  3. As soon as the tomato withers, add the dry seasonings and leave for 3 minutes.
  4. After that, put the extract, milk cream, mustard and the can of corn and drained peas. Let it boil for 2 minutes and it will be ready.
  5. Put the dough in the refractory and pour the stuffing, with what's left, make the pie cover, I did it with a heart cutter, but anything you can put pieces or even open the dough in a large size and put it in the refractory of a turn.
  6. If you prefer brush 1 egg yolk over the dough, take it to the oven preheated to 210°C, for 35 minutes or until golden on top.
