- Cream cheese0 to taste
- Blend all ingredients in a blender, except the chicken, curd, wheat and baking powder. After beating for 5 minutes, pour it into a bowl along with the wheat and stir until everything is mixed, then add the baking powder.
- With the seasoned chicken, shredded and cold, make layers in a greased and floured roast. Put half the dough, chicken, cottage cheese and the rest of the dough. Bake in medium oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
