- Wheat flour3 cup
- Butter6 tablespoon
- Egg Gems2 unit(s)
- Sour cream1/2 can(s)
- Salt to taste
- Yeast1 teaspoon
- Cooked and shredded chicken breast (seasoned to taste)1/2 unit(s)
- In a refractory mix all the ingredients except the chicken. Cover and let rest for 30 minutes in the fridge.
- Choose a refractory and divide the dough into 2 parts. With one of them, line the bottom of the platter.
- On top, place the shredded and seasoned chicken (you can use cheese, ham, olives, cottage cheese, corn and peas). Roll out the other part of the dough and place it on top of the chicken. Try to model according to your platter.
- Decorate as you prefer, brush 1 egg yolk and bake in a preheated oven at 180° until golden.
- Remove from the oven and enjoy 💙
