- Take a bowl and put the wheat flour make a well in the center and put butter
- Add the cream, the yolks and the baking powder and salt together.
- Mix everything by hand and have the dough release from the hand
- Let it rest for 30 minutes in the fridge
- Take a round shape and cover the bottom and the side leaving it for the cover
- Take another pan and sauté garlic and onion
- Add the tomatoes and sauté for 5 minutes.
- Place the shredded chicken and the chicken broth dissolved in half a cup of hot water and sauté until the water dries up.
- Then put green smell, mix well and put it on top of the reserved dough
- With a rolling pin, cover the pie, closing the edges well, brush with the yolk and bake in a medium oven for 40 minutes.
