- Butter or margarine170 g

- Salt to taste
- For those who don't have a scale to weigh the ingredients, the approximate measurements are 2 and a half cups of wheat and 7 tablespoons of margarine.
- - Stuffing Ingredients: 1 cooked and shredded chicken breast Corn half chopped onion colorau Garlic 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce. Cream cheese 1 yolk for brushing
- - Way of preparing: Start with the filling, as it must be cold when filling your pie. Season the chicken well and cook under pressure for 15 minutes, remove the broth, shred, add onion, paprika, tomato sauce and corn. Reserve. For the dough I put the wheat in a bowl, opened a little hole in the middle and put the margarine and the egg, then I started to stir from the center outwards. It becomes a farofa at first, but keep stirring until it turns into a smooth dough. Arrange a part of the dough in a false-bottomed pan, make holes with a fork in the bottom, put the stuffing (shredded chicken + cream cheese), stretch the other part of the dough and cover the pie. With the edges I took I made this little flower. Brush egg yolk, place your pan inside a larger pan to prevent it from burning and take it to the oven at medium temperature for 30/40 min (time varies depending on the oven)
