- -In the blender, place the eggs, oil, salt, grated cheese and milk, beat for about two minutes and gradually add the flour until it forms a homogeneous mass. -With the help of a ladle, take a portion of dough and put it in the skillet, rotate the skillet to spread the dough well. - Lower the heat and let it brown underneath, then turn the other side and let it brown, repeat the process with all the dough
- Filling: Cut the onion and cilantro and sauté them with sweet oil or butter, add a little salt and season, mix everything together and add the shredded chicken. (Can be any filling of your choice)
