- Wheat flour2 cup
- Milk1 cup
- Salt to taste
- Egg3 unit(s)
- Grated Parmesan Cheese1/2 cup
- Tomato sauce2 cup
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic1 tablespoon
- Shredded Chicken500 g
- Seasonings to taste
- Grated Carrots1 unit(s)
- Blend all ingredients in a blender for 3 minutes.
- In a non-stick frying pan, add a drizzle of oil and a ladle of the dough.
- After 1 minute, turn and brown the other side and set aside.
- Sauté the onion and garlic in a little oil until golden.
- Add the chicken and carrots and cook for 5 minutes.
- Stuff the pancakes with the chicken and roll them up so that the filling does not show.
- Place them in a baking dish and cover with tomato sauce and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 15 minutes or until the cheese is browned.
