- Wheat flour2 cup
- Egg2 unit(s)
- Milk1 cup
- grated cheese2 tablespoon
- Tomato1 unit(s)
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic1 to taste
- Chicken breast1 kg
- Tomato Extract1 tablespoon
- Mozzarella100 g
- In a pan add chicken, garlic and seasoning to taste.
- Saute the chicken keeping it very dry
- Add tomato, onion and seasonings to taste let it cool
- Beat in the blender egg, flour, milk, grated cheese and salt to taste.
- In a non-stick skillet, prepare the pancake batter.
- Assemble the dough with stuffing
- Add mozzarella cheese on top and put it in the oven.
