Modo de Preparo

Cozinhe peito de frango junto com folha de louro, caldo de legumes, depois de cozido desfie todo o frango.

Em uma panela com óleo refogue a cebola e vá acrescentando todos os ingredientes e misture o frango.

Mexa por 3 minutos no fogo.

Montagem

Vá intercalando camadas da massa e o frango, e o queijo mussarela, até que acabe todos os ingredientes. 

Em seguida coloque molho de tomate em cima, e cubra com papel laminado e leve ao forno por 30 minutos.

Ideal pra acompanhar arroz branco.



Preparation mode

Cook chicken breast together with bay leaf, vegetable broth, after cooking, shred all the chicken.

In a pan with oil, sauté the onion and add all the ingredients and mix the chicken.

Stir for 3 minutes on the fire.

Mounting

Alternate layers of pasta and chicken, and mozzarella cheese, until all the ingredients are used up.

Then put tomato sauce on top, cover with foil and bake in the oven for 30 minutes.

Ideal to accompany white rice.
