- Cotage2 tablespoon
- Mozzarella1 unit(s)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- In a skillet, sauté the onion in oil until translucent. Then add the tomato, garlic, chicken and sauté. Finally, add the cottage cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste. • Mash the potato, add a spoon of oil and a pinch of salt. To assemble the escondidinho, place a part of the puree in a refractory and add the stuffing. Cover with the other half of the puree, place the slice of mozzarella on top, take it to the preheated oven at 180º C for about 20 minutes and that's it! 😋
