- Mozzarella cheese200 g
- Garlic5 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Chicken Sazon to taste
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Lemon1 unit(s)
- Water1 cup
- Straw Potato100 g
- Clean and wash the chicken breast well. Then season with salt, pepper, seasoning and lemon.
- Put to pressure cook for about 20 minutes.
- In the blender, beat the curd, the cream, the corn and the water. Reserve!
- When the chicken is cooked, shred it well. In a pan, sauté the shredded chicken along with the olives and cream from the blender.
- Transfer to a refractory and cover with the cheese and take it to the oven until the cheese melts. Then throw the straw potato on top and it's ready.
