Ingredients

  • Chicken breast | 1 kg
  • Sour cream | 1 can(s)
  • Cottage cheese | 1 can(s)
  • Corn | 1 can(s)
  • Olive | 200 g
  • Mozzarella cheese | 200 g
  • Garlic | 5 unit(s)
  • Salt |  to taste
  • Black pepper |  to taste
  • Chicken Sazon |  to taste
  • Onion | 1/2 unit(s)
  • Lemon | 1 unit(s)
  • Water | 1 cup
  • Straw Potato | 100 g

Recipe

  1. Clean and wash the chicken breast well. Then season with salt, pepper, seasoning and lemon.
  2. Put to pressure cook for about 20 minutes.
  3. In the blender, beat the curd, the cream, the corn and the water. Reserve!
  4. When the chicken is cooked, shred it well. In a pan, sauté the shredded chicken along with the olives and cream from the blender.
  5. Transfer to a refractory and cover with the cheese and take it to the oven until the cheese melts. Then throw the straw potato on top and it's ready.
