Chicken breast

Cozinhe o frango com caldo de carne e desfie. 


Cook the chicken with beef broth and shred.


No liquidificador bata o requeijão,o milho e o creme de leite. 

In the blender, beat the cottage cheese, corn and milk cream.

Leve o frango desfiado ao fogo e acrescente o creme. Coloque sal a gosto e deixe em fogo baixo 

Take the shredded chicken to the fire and add the cream. Add salt to taste and leave on low heat.

Em um refratário coloque o frango com o creme, a mussarela e finalize com a batata palha 

In a refractory place the chicken with the cream, the mozzarella and finish with the potato straw.

Bake in the oven until the mozzarella melts.
