Ingredients

• Organic Yeast | 50 g
• Sugar | 1 tablespoon
• warm water | 1/2 cup
• Salt | 1 tablespoon
• Oil | 1 cup
• Wheat flour | 4 cup
• Sliced ham | 300 g
• Sliced Mozzarella | 300 g
• Chopped small onion | 1 unit(s)
• Oregano |  to taste
• Salt |  to taste
• Gem for brushing | 1 unit(s)

Recipe

1. Ham and cheese puff pastry.
2. Mix the ingredients and let it swell for 20 minutes.
3. Roll the dough into the dough and cut small discs.
4. Mix tomato, onion, oregano and salt. Place the ham and cheese on top and the other ingredients on top and roll up.
5. Grease and flour a form.
