  • Chicken broth | 1600 ml
  • Wheat flour | 1 kg
  • Salt |  to taste
  • Margarine | 50 g
  • Chopped coriander | 100 g
  • Shredded chicken breast | 1 kg
  • Chopped Onion | 1 unit(s)
  • Chopped coriander |  to taste
  • Salt |  to taste
  • Lightly beaten eggs | 2 unit(s)
  • Breadcrumbs | 350 g


  1. Saute onion in oil.
  2. Add the shredded chicken, let it smother for a few minutes so it doesn't get too wet.
  3. If necessary add more salt.
  4. Add the chopped cilantro and stir a little more.
  5. Reserve
  6. To make the pasta, place the chicken stock, margarine and salt in a large pot.
  7. Bring to a boil and add the flour all at once.
  8. Stir with a wooden spoon until it detaches from the bottom of the pan, about 10 minutes to cook the flour well (if necessary, add more wheat flour to form a homogeneous mass).
  9. Place on a CLEAN surface.
  10. Allow to cool slightly and knead the dough until smooth.
  11. Make the party drumsticks or if you prefer bigger.
  12. Dip in eggs and then in breadcrumbs.
  13. Fry in hot oil
