Add the shredded chicken, let it smother for a few minutes so it doesn't get too wet.
If necessary add more salt.

To make the pasta, place the chicken stock, margarine and salt in a large pot.
Bring to a boil and add the flour all at once.
Stir with a wooden spoon until it detaches from the bottom of the pan, about 10 minutes to cook the flour well (if necessary, add more wheat flour to form a homogeneous mass).
Place on a CLEAN surface.
Allow to cool slightly and knead the dough until smooth.
