- Breadcrumbs2 cup
- Milk1 cup
- Oil500 ml
- Pressure cook the chicken breast with a pinch of salt for 15 minutes.
- Remove from pan, let cool and shred.
- Saute onion and garlic. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, the onion and the sautéed garlic, finally add the cream, stir and set aside.
- In a pan, put the water, the chicken broth and the butter, bring to the fire and let it melt.
- Add the flour little by little and stir constantly. Stir until it releases from the bottom of the pan.
- When it's dropping from the bottom, it's ready! Turn off the heat, place the dough on a smooth surface and wait for it to cool.
- When it's cold, take the dough and start stuffing with the reserved chicken and catupiry, make balls, pass in milk and then in breadcrumbs.
- Heat the oil and when it is very hot, put the balls to fry. When golden, remove from oil and serve.
