In a pan add the milk and the knor broth cube
Let it boil
As soon as it starts to boil, gradually add the wheat flour
Stir until it starts to unglue from the pan.
Take the dough, and knead it by hand, until it becomes a thick and smooth dough.
Take some of the dough, open it and add the mozzarella cheese
Close the dough, and model the shape you prefer.
Fry and be ready
