- Milk | 3 cup

- Wheat flour | 2 cup
- Chopped Mozzarella Cheese | 500 g

In a pan add the milk and the knor broth cube
Let it boil
As soon as it starts to boil, gradually add the wheat flour
- Stir until it starts to unglue from the pan.
Take the dough, and knead it by hand, until it becomes a thick and smooth dough.
- Take some of the dough, open it and add the mozzarella cheese
Close the dough, and model the shape you prefer.
