  • Wheat flour1 kg
  • warm milk360 ml
  • Oil1 cup
  • Sugar1 cup
  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  • Organic Dry Yeast1 unit(s)
  • Fresh cheese to taste
  • grated coconut to taste
  • Condensed milk to taste
  1. Place the milk, oil, egg, sugar and yeast in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Then add the wheat flour gradually and beating until it completely unglued from your hands, until the dough is very smooth.
  3. Let the dough rise for about 25 minutes.
  4. After rising, open the dough and cut into strips and roll the fresh cheese!
  5. Place them in a greased shape and let rise until doubled in volume.
  6. Place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees and bake until golden.
  7. Remove from the oven while they are still hot, sprinkle with condensed milk and grated coconut.
