- warm milk360 ml

- Sugar1 cup

- Organic Dry Yeast1 unit(s)
- Fresh cheese to taste
- grated coconut to taste
- Condensed milk to taste
- Place the milk, oil, egg, sugar and yeast in a bowl and mix well.
- Then add the wheat flour gradually and beating until it completely unglued from your hands, until the dough is very smooth.
- Let the dough rise for about 25 minutes.
- After rising, open the dough and cut into strips and roll the fresh cheese!
- Place them in a greased shape and let rise until doubled in volume.
- Place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees and bake until golden.
- Remove from the oven while they are still hot, sprinkle with condensed milk and grated coconut.
