Primeiro ralar o queijo reservar em um recipiente ou fatiar se preferir 

First grate the cheese, reserve it in a container or slice it if you prefer

Depois pegar a massa do pastel botar o queijo ralado ou em fatias como desejar 

Then take the pastry dough, put the grated cheese or in slices as you wish

Fechar a massa com um alcilio de um garfo 

Enquanto isso botar o olio no fogo alto pra ir fervendo quando  o olio estiver bem quente botar o pastel dentro até dourar bem depois disso tirar do olio e botar pra esfriar e e só se deliciar.

Meanwhile, put the oil on high heat to boil when the oil is very hot, put the pastel inside until golden well after that remove the oil and put it to cool and just enjoy it.
