Ingredients

  • lasagna noodles | 400 g
  • Ground beef | 650 g
  • Salt | 1 tablespoon
  • Pepper | 1 tablespoon
  • Coriander | 80 g
  • Onion | 2 unit(s)
  • Sour cream | 2 cup
  • Tomato Extract | 2 cup
  • Garlic | 4 unit(s)
  • Water | 100 ml
  • Butter | 5 tablespoon
  • Wheat flour | 2 cup

Recipe

  1. At the beginning, cook the pasta with hot water, softening and leaving it reserved.
  2. Then take a pan, and cook the garlic, onion, ground beef, tomato paste, for about 6 minutes with a little water.
  3. Then melt the butter with the wheat flour, liquid milk and cream. Making the white sauce.
  4. Then, in a glass container, place the cooked pasta, pouring the meat with tomato extract already cooked together with the other elements. Alternating a layer of this with white sauce and cheese. Repeating the layers and ending with a layer of cheese.
  5. Then take it to the preheated oven at 200° for 25 minutes and it will be ready for consumption.
