Ingredients
- Ground beef | 500 g
- lasagna noodles | 200 g
- Garlic | 3 unit(s)
- Onion | 3 unit(s)
- liquid milk | 2 cup
- Sour cream | 1/2 cup
- Mozzarella cheese | 400 g
- Salt | 1 teaspoon
- Pepper | 1 tablespoon
- Oil | 1/2 cup
- Water | 300 ml
Recipe
- In a pan, add oil, garlic and onion. Brown and add water and meat with salt and pepper. Let it cook with the lid on and on low heat for 30 minutes.
- Then cook the lasagna noodles with water only in another pan, just let it soften a little.
- For the white sauce, add in another pan, liquid milk, sour cream, chopped onion and garlic. Stir until it forms a creamy paste, to the point of not sticking and that it spreads easily in the lasagna pan.
- Now in the glass form, put the sauce, then the pasta, a layer of meat and a layer of cheese. Repeat this until the entire shape is filled and ending with cheese. Then take it to the preheated oven at 180° for 25 minutes and you can enjoy the lasagna.
