Ingredients

  • Ground beef | 500 g
  • lasagna noodles | 200 g
  • Garlic | 3 unit(s)
  • Onion | 3 unit(s)
  • liquid milk | 2 cup
  • Sour cream | 1/2 cup
  • Mozzarella cheese | 400 g
  • Salt | 1 teaspoon
  • Pepper | 1 tablespoon
  • Oil | 1/2 cup
  • Water | 300 ml

Recipe

  1. In a pan, add oil, garlic and onion. Brown and add water and meat with salt and pepper. Let it cook with the lid on and on low heat for 30 minutes.
  2. Then cook the lasagna noodles with water only in another pan, just let it soften a little.
  3. For the white sauce, add in another pan, liquid milk, sour cream, chopped onion and garlic. Stir until it forms a creamy paste, to the point of not sticking and that it spreads easily in the lasagna pan.
  4. Now in the glass form, put the sauce, then the pasta, a layer of meat and a layer of cheese. Repeat this until the entire shape is filled and ending with cheese. Then take it to the preheated oven at 180° for 25 minutes and you can enjoy the lasagna.
