First, in a container or tray, place the wheat flour, milk (a little hot), margarine, eggs and salt. Mixing these elements by hand.
Then take another container, sprinkle some flour on your area. Meanwhile, let the previously made dough rest for 20 minutes.
After the set time, open the dough with the help of a rolling pin or other tool, in order to place the dough in a rectangular baking dish, which should be spread with the margarine in this shape, greasing the rectangular container.
Then cut the cheese and ham, and then fill the rectangular shape. Then close the filling with the dough, using your own hand. Then, pass it gently with the brush or other tool, putting a little yolk and brushing the dough in the rectangular shape. Then take it to the preheated oven at 160° for 35 to 40 minutes. This will make the bauru recipe ready.
