📌 Em uma tijela coloque 1 xícara de polvilho azedo, acrescente 1/2 xícara de água fervendo, amasse e mexa para hidratar o polvilho azedo;
📌 Assim que terminar de misturar veja se consegue amassar com a mão e amasse até ficar uma massa lisa;
📌Aguarde esfriar;
📌 Após esfriar acrescente na massa 150g de mussarela ralada e o sal e misture bem até a massa ficar bem lisa;
📌 Divida a massa e faça as rosquinha no formato e tamanho que desejar;
📌 Asse em forno a 200° por aproximadamente 20min ou até ficar bem sequinha e dourada por baixo.


HOW TO MAKE

📌 In a bowl put 1 cup of sour sprinkle, add 1/2 cup of boiling water, knead and stir to hydrate the sour sprinkle;
📌 As soon as you finish mixing, see if you can knead it with your hand and knead until it becomes a smooth dough;
📌 Wait for it to cool down;
📌 After cooling, add 150 g of grated mozzarella and salt to the dough and mix well until the dough is very smooth;
📌 Divide the dough and make the donut in the shape and size you want;
📌 Bake in oven at 200° for approximately 20 min or until it's very dry and golden underneath.
