Coloque no Liquidificador os ovos, o leite, óleo, polvilho, bata bem. Transfira para um recipiente.

Em seguida coloque uma tampinha de fermento junto com o queijo ralado e misture com o líquido,acerte o sal.

Coloque em uma forma untada com óleo ou com desmoldante, leve pra assar a 200° até dourar por cima, pré aqueça o forno antes por uns 5 minutinhos.

Depois que colocar todos os ingredientes, acerte o sal.

Ficou com aquela casquinha bem crocante por fora sabe, e bem queijudãooo por dentro.
