  • Oil | 01 cup
  • Milk | 01 cup
  • Condensed milk | 01 can(s)
  • Eggs | 03 unit(s)
  • Organic Yeast | 30 g
  • Sugar | 02 tablespoon
  • Salt |  to taste
  • Wheat flour | 01 kg


  1. In the blender, beat eggs, milk, oil and condensed milk for 3 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, place the yeast, sugar and warm milk. Then add the ingredients of the blender, salt to taste, mix everything and add the wheat flour. Knead until it releases from your hand and let it rest until it doubles in volume.
  3. Grease the baking sheets with oil and wheat flour and make balls. Let rise and bake in medium oven. Finally, grease the buns with butter and add grated cheese.
