- Mandioquinha (baroa potato) | 500 g
- sour starch | 500 g
- Olive oil | 150 ml
- Chia | 3 teaspoon
- Salt | 2 teaspoon
- Water to bind | 1 to taste
- Cook and mash the manioc and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix the flour, chia, salt and oil.
- Add the mandioquinha, mixing well and add water to bind and the dough to be at the point of cheese bread.
- Make balls and bake in a preheated oven at 160° for 25 minutes!
