  1. First, put the milk and oil in a pan to heat, turn off the heat immediately as soon as it starts to boil (you will see some milk balls rising). In a large bowl, place the flour and salt, and mix well, then pour the contents of the pan while still hot, mix well, first with a spoon and then with your hand. Then put the grated cheese and a little of the cheese on the plate and also 1 egg, keep mixing well. Put the rest of the cheese and check that the dough has a good texture, not too oily and not too dry. If you feel it's too dry, add another egg, if it gets oily, add a little more flour. This dough should release from the bowl and also from your hand. Try the dough and see if it is salty, some people like to add a little more salt. Now just make balls and place them on the baking sheet, leaving a small space between one loaf and the other. It is not necessary to grease the pan. Leave in the oven at medium temperature (230°) until golden brown.
