Milk

Coloque em uma panela a farinha de trigo a gema o sal e o leite

Put the wheat flour, the yolk, the salt and the milk in a pan.

Leve ao fogo baixo e mexa até que a massa esteja desgrudano da panela depois deixe esfriar 

Take it to the low fire and stir until the dough is unglued from the pan then let it cool.

Modele a massa em bolinhas e rechei ela com o queijo 

Shape the dough into balls and fill it with the cheese.

Depois passe ela na gema e farinha de rosca

Em uma panela adicione o Óleo e deixe fica bem quente e depois pode frita as bolinha

In a pan add the oil and let it get very hot and then you can fry the balls
