- Put the water in a container with the egg, oil, flour and yeast. Mix everything by hand, kneading the dough for 25 minutes so that it is flat and can form the base of the pizza.
- Afterwards, divide the pizza into pieces and remove some of the remaining dough, making small dumplings stuffed with chicken and catupiry. This will be the stuffed wedding, important in the illustrated pizza.
- Next, take the dough, resulting from the aforementioned mixture and spread it on the tray that will go to the oven. So, after that, cut the chicken and the olive (without the pit), distributing evenly and then add the catupiry, covering the entire pizza. Try not to put the catupiry on the edges, as they are already stuffed. Then place the pizza in the oven preheated to 180° and wait 20 minutes. Your chicken pizza with catupiry will be ready.
