  2. Then add the 2 eggs, 125ml of oil and mix. Finally, add the wheat flour little by little and mix with your hands.
  3. And knead the dough for ten minutes. When you finish kneading, let the dough rest from 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the temperature of the environment. Tip: When putting the dough to rest, cover with a dish towel, when the weather is warmer the dough will rise faster.
  4. Now that the dough has risen, take it out of the bowl and divide the dough into 3 pieces. Then give the divided parts a little knead and shape the dough and put it in a greased shape and let it rest with a cloth, for 30 min or until it doubles. volume. After the loaves have risen, put them in the oven at 220 degrees for 35 to 45 min.
