- Grated or sliced mozzarella500 g
- Ham500 g
- Tomato sauce300 ml
- Olive100 g
- Sliced Tomatoes4 unit(s)
- Basil to taste
- Cook the cassava in the water and after it boils, add the salt.
- Knead the cassava with the margarine spread it on the pizza pan
- Place in preheated oven for 20 minutes
- Remove from the oven and fill. Pass the tomato sauce, put the ham, the tomato slices, the olives and the basil finally put it in the oven for another 15 minutes or until the cheese melts.
