- Cottage cheese1 can(s)
- Cook the cassava with salt until it is very soft, mash it to the point of puree
- In a refractory, mount a layer of mashed cassava, spread a little butter on the layer and on top of the ham and mozzarella cheese and spread a spoonful of cottage cheese.
- Make all the layers until the end of the refractory and add grated cheese on top
- Place in the oven for 30 minutes
