- Wheat flour1 tablespoon
- Shitake200 g
- Garlic3 unit(s)
- Fresh cream500 ml
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Nutmeg to taste
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Remove the cassava wrapping in aluminum foil. Bake for 30 minutes.
- When they are very soft, pass through a sieve, add the wheat flour and form a dough. Let it rest in the fridge
- For the sauce, fry the garlic in butter, add the mushroom, adjust the salt and sauté for a few minutes.
- Add the fresh cream and let it reduce.
- With the gnocchi dough already chilled, roll it and cut it to the desired size.
- To make it beautiful, sear in butter until you create a golden crust.
- Serve with the mushroom sauce
