- Knead the ingredients well, then separate the size of your preference (I used water in my hands to make the shape easier) add the stuffing and bread.
- Place in the preheated oven for approximately 30 minutes or in the airfryer for 10 minutes.
- For breading: I passed it in 1 beaten egg and then in the finely flaked Amaranth bran mixed with a little saffron to give it a yellowish color (you can use golden linseed flour or panko or breadcrumbs).
