- In a blender, beat the carrot, oil and milk for 3 minutes.
- Place the flour, sugar and salt in a bowl. Finally, add the yeast;
- Spread the dough in a greased shape with oil and flour.
- Bake in the oven for about 30 to 40 minutes; mix the ingredients for the syrup in a pan with the heat turned off.
- Turn on the fire and do not stir until caramelized; the syrup is ready, spread over the cake and serve.
