- Oil1 cup
- Wheat flour3 cup
- Sugar2 cup
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Chocolate4 tablespoon
- Margarine1 tablespoon
- Granules to taste
- Blend the carrots, eggs and sugar in a blender.
- In a bowl add wheat, sugar and yeast, add the blender mixture and mix.
- Bake in a greased and floured shape over medium heat for 30 min or until cooked.
- To the roof Mix the condensed milk with the chocolate and margarine, stir over low heat until it forms a brigadeiro, add the cream and thicken, pour on top of the warm cake and garnish with sprinkles to taste.
