  • Oil1 cup
  • Wheat flour3 cup
  • Sugar2 cup
  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  • Baking powder1 tablespoon
  • Condensed milk1 can(s)
  • Sour cream1 can(s)
  • Chocolate4 tablespoon
  • Margarine1 tablespoon
  • Granules to taste
  1. Blend the carrots, eggs and sugar in a blender.
  2. In a bowl add wheat, sugar and yeast, add the blender mixture and mix.
  3. Bake in a greased and floured shape over medium heat for 30 min or until cooked.
  4. To the roof Mix the condensed milk with the chocolate and margarine, stir over low heat until it forms a brigadeiro, add the cream and thicken, pour on top of the warm cake and garnish with sprinkles to taste.
