  • Wheat flour600 g
  • Organic Baking Powder10 g
  • Warm water300 ml
  • Medium carrot, peeled and sliced1 unit(s)
  • Soybean oil100 ml
  • Sugar1 tablespoon
  • Salt1/2 tablespoon
  1. Blend all ingredients except wheat flour in a blender. Place the liquid mixture in a bowl and add the flour.
  2. Add the wheat flour to the point of ungluing your hands. Approximately 600 grams. Knead for 5 minutes. Cover the bowl containing the dough with a napkin and let it rise until it doubles in volume (approximately 40 minutes); Shape the buns, let rise for another 20 minutes. Bake until golden. I sprinkled black sesame seeds.
