- Wheat flour600 g
- Organic Baking Powder10 g
- Warm water300 ml
- Medium carrot, peeled and sliced1 unit(s)
- Soybean oil100 ml
- Sugar1 tablespoon
- Salt1/2 tablespoon
- Blend all ingredients except wheat flour in a blender. Place the liquid mixture in a bowl and add the flour.
- Add the wheat flour to the point of ungluing your hands. Approximately 600 grams. Knead for 5 minutes. Cover the bowl containing the dough with a napkin and let it rise until it doubles in volume (approximately 40 minutes); Shape the buns, let rise for another 20 minutes. Bake until golden. I sprinkled black sesame seeds.
