- Oil50 ml
- Organic Dry Yeast (1 sachet)10 g
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Sugar2 tablespoon
- Warm water (you can use carrot cooking)180 ml
- Wheat flour1 kg
- In the blender place the carrots, salt, oil, dry yeast, egg, sugar and warm water. Whisk until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. In a container with 800g of wheat flour, pour the blender mixture and mix well. You'll need to get your hands dirty! After mixing knead the dough for 10 minutes (if you need to add more wheat flour gradually). Model as you wish, place in a greased and infarinhada form, let it rest for approximately 40 minutes. After that time brush with the egg yolk mixture and a little olive oil and bake in a medium oven for approximately 25 minutes. It will depend on your oven.
