- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Curry powder to taste
- Fresh Curry to taste
- Fresh Oregano to taste
- Fresh thyme to taste

- White wine80 ml
- Tomato sauce2 tablespoon
- Red bell pepper strips1/2 unit(s)
- Cut the chicken breast into small cubes and season with salt and pepper;
- In a skillet heat the butter and oil then add the chicken cubes;
- When the chicken is golden, season with the curry powder, mix well and then add the garlic, onion, pepper, fresh curry, fresh oregano, fresh rosemary, fresh thyme and sauté;
- Add the white wine and let it simmer over low heat.
- In another pan, boil water, add salt as if you were going to cook pasta, first put the carrots and cook until soft, then add the zucchini and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add the tomato sauce to the chicken and mix, if you need more liquid, you can use a little of the water from the cooking of the vegetables;
- Add the vegetable spaghetti to the chicken stir-fry and finish with fresh thyme and fresh oregano.
