  • Carrot300 g
  • Wheat Flour to taste
  • Butter (optional) to taste
  1. This recipe can be vegan! It depends on the preparation, especially the sauce.
  2. Cook the sweet potato and carrot
  3. After everything is cooked, peel and mash the vegetables separately.
  4. Mash the sweet potato and add the wheat flour (and butter if desired) and mix well.
  5. Keep adding the wheat until you form a consistent mass. Then, put it in the fridge for about 20 minutes.
  6. Same process with carrots, knead mix with wheat until you form a consistent dough, take the fridge for 20 min
  7. While they are in the fridge, boil water in a large pot.
  8. Remove the dough from the refrigerator and cut it into small pieces, always flouring it.
  9. Put the gnocchi to cook in boiling water. When it floats and is cooked, remove it and place it on a platter already with the sauce.
