- Sweet potato1 kg
- Carrot300 g
- Wheat Flour to taste
- Butter (optional) to taste
- This recipe can be vegan! It depends on the preparation, especially the sauce.
- Cook the sweet potato and carrot
- After everything is cooked, peel and mash the vegetables separately.
- Mash the sweet potato and add the wheat flour (and butter if desired) and mix well.
- Keep adding the wheat until you form a consistent mass. Then, put it in the fridge for about 20 minutes.
- Same process with carrots, knead mix with wheat until you form a consistent dough, take the fridge for 20 min
- While they are in the fridge, boil water in a large pot.
- Remove the dough from the refrigerator and cut it into small pieces, always flouring it.
- Put the gnocchi to cook in boiling water. When it floats and is cooked, remove it and place it on a platter already with the sauce.
