- Parboiled Rice500 g
- Dried desalted and shredded meat1/3 cup
- Finely chopped pepperoni1 cup
- Chopped Bacon1/4 cup
- Chopped Onion1/2 cup
- Chopped Garlic1 dessert spoon
- Tomato sauce2 cup
- Hot water1 l
- Green Spice to taste
- Bay Leaf1 unit(s)
- Sea Salt to taste
- In a pan, add the bacon and sausage and fry well until the fat is released.
- Add garlic and onion and sauté.
- Add the dried meat, sauce, bay leaf, salt and hot water and mix.
- Let it cook with the pan half capped.
- When the rice is cooked, turn off the heat and finish with the green seasoning.
