  • spaghetti noodles300 g
  • Bacon cut into cubes250 g
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese200 g
  • Whole eggs2 unit(s)
  • Gems2 unit(s)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sausage for garnish to taste
  1. Cook the pasta in boiling water with 1 tablespoon of salt. Until it's toothy. After cooking, separate 1 cup of the cooking water
  2. Fry the bacon until crispy
  3. Make an egg cream paste. 2 whole eggs and 2 yolks (beat a lot and add the black pepper) Add the Parmesan cheese and mix.
  4. Place the cooked noodles in the baicon pan, mix! TURN OFF THE FIRE !
  5. Add the egg cream paste with the cup of the pasta water
  6. Mix until everything is incorporated!
  7. Decorate with green scent
