- Sausage for garnish to taste
- Cook the pasta in boiling water with 1 tablespoon of salt. Until it's toothy. After cooking, separate 1 cup of the cooking water
- Fry the bacon until crispy
- Make an egg cream paste. 2 whole eggs and 2 yolks (beat a lot and add the black pepper) Add the Parmesan cheese and mix.
- Place the cooked noodles in the baicon pan, mix! TURN OFF THE FIRE !
- Add the egg cream paste with the cup of the pasta water
- Mix until everything is incorporated!
