  • Noodles (spaghetti, noodles, penne)300 g
  • Bacon cut into cubes250 g
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese100 g
  • Whole eggs2 unit(s)
  • Gems2 unit(s)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  1. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente (not too soft). After cooking, separate 50ml of the cooking water;
  2. Saute bacon until crispy. Separate some of the released fat from the bacon;
  3. In the same pan as the bacon, with the fire off, add: the cooked pasta, the bacon fat, the grated Parmesan, the pasta cooking water, the eggs and the yolks. Stir well until creamy. The noodles need to be hot to cook the eggs;
  4. Garnish with grated cheese and black pepper. Serve right away!
