- Grated Parmesan Cheese200 g
- Salt, Black Pepper and olive oil to taste
- Put water in a pan with a high bottom and bring to a boil. After adding a spoonful of salt, add the penne and let it cook for the time on the package. In a bowl lay the eggs, yolk and cheese, mix and set aside. In another pan, put a thread of olive oil and the chopped bacon to brown.
- When the penne is cooked, transfer it to the bacon pan using a pasta tongs. And then put the egg mixture with the cheese in the pan and mix well and gradually put the pasta water in the pan until it forms a cream. Serve immediately with Pepper to taste.
