  • Cured Cheese200 g
  • Salt, Black Pepper to taste
  1. Put water in a pot with a high bottom and bring to a boil. After putting a spoon of salt and putting the spaghetti and let it cook for the packaging time. In a bowl put the eggs, yolk and cheese, mix and set aside. In another pan, put the chopped bacon to brown.
  2. When the Spaghetti is cooked, transfer it to the bacon pan using a spaghetti tongs. And then put the egg mixture with the cheese in the pan and mix well and gradually put the pasta water in the pan until it forms a cream. Serve immediately with Pimenta do Reino to taste.
