- Put water in a pot with a high bottom and bring to a boil. After putting a spoon of salt and putting the spaghetti and let it cook for the packaging time. In a bowl put the eggs, yolk and cheese, mix and set aside. In another pan, put the chopped bacon to brown.
- When the Spaghetti is cooked, transfer it to the bacon pan using a spaghetti tongs. And then put the egg mixture with the cheese in the pan and mix well and gradually put the pasta water in the pan until it forms a cream. Serve immediately with Pimenta do Reino to taste.
